1. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Pre-dispatch cancellations may be considered on request.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Non-availability of product/service
• Approved cancellation before dispatch

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

3. No Refund Cases

No refunds will be made for products already delivered/used. Gas cylinders and industrial consumables once supplied are non-returnable.
